Answer: You will need to use the Contact Us option and we will respond as soon as possible with an email to the registered email address with the specifics of your account including username and password. We do not have access to any credit card information nor any information on your choice of payment options.
Answer: Not all items can be engraved. We will provide free of charge a single line name or message on those items that are suitable for engraving. Please indicate the specific item and what you desire to have engraved within the comment box on check-out. If there is any problem in your choice we will notify you.
For Your Information: acrylics and wood inlay items can not be engraved. It is also important to note that engraving will not be prominent on any of the darker woods, spalted woods and many of the "medium" woods.
We DO NOT offer engraving for any third party items.
Answer: We have examined several options for interenational shipping and have found that the only economical choice for the majority of our products is regular shipping from our local postal service. Based upon this we have estimated a single standard rate, however this is subject to change at any time prospectively. After placing your order if we find out that the actual cost to ship your item(s) is substantially less than charged we will refund the difference to you. However, if the cost is greater we will absorb that additional cost.
